The key activities of the group are divided into securities, structuring and asset management. The company transacts between asset managers and pension funds on the one hand and banks on the other in the equity, fixed income and derivative markets. The nature of the mandates includes capital preservation, conventional long-only equity, bond and money-market and hedge funds. Structuring activities concentrate on investment products for high net-worth investors, solutions designed for corporates and a recently-launched financial engineering business.
