Booking Conditions
Make a Reservation

* Rates are:

o quoted, invoiced and payable in ZAR
o quoted per room/suite per night
o based on a maximum of two adults per room/suite
o inclusive of full “Champagne” and Oyster buffet breakfast, tourism levy and 14% VAT
o subject to change without prior notice
* Additional compulsory charges:
o guests whose stay includes the 24th and 31st of December are obliged to include the Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve dinners in their stay (payable with accommodation)

* We recommend a minimum stay of two nights throughout the year

Children Policy

* This policy applies to all persons from 0 up to and including 11 years old
* Persons from 12 years and older are considered as adults and will therefore require a separate room/suite at the applicable rate
* Children sharing with adults are accommodated in Duplex Suites in a cot and/or on rollaway beds
* 0 – 3 Year old (sharing suite with adults)

o are accommodated in a cot at R150.00 per child per night and inclusive of breakfast
o depending on the availability of cots
o are not permitted in Kraalpool and gym area

* 4 – 11 Year old (sharing suite with adults)

o are accommodated on a rollaway bed at R500.00 per child per night, inclusive of breakfast
o depending on the availability of suites with a rollaway bed
o are not permitted in Kraalpool and gym area

* Children not sharing with adults (occupying their own suite) will be charged at the normal room/suite rate
* Rollaway beds can accommodate a maximum of one child each, depending on their age
* Cots can accommodate a maximum of one child per cot
* Suites accommodating children sharing with parents contains a maximum of two rollaway beds per suite
* Child minding facilities are available at an additional cost by prior arrangement

Travel Information

Insurance

* We highly recommend that travel insurance is taken out

Transfers

* Transfers can be arranged with reservations on request at additional costs
* All transfers are handled by accredited car hire and charter companies
* All transfers must be arranged prior to arrival

Payment

Direct Clients

* 25% Deposit will be required within 14 days of reservation being made
* Balance will be required 30 days prior to arrival
* Full pre payment will be required at time of booking for reservations made within 30 days of arrival

Cancellations

Peak Season (20 December – 10 January)

* Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations
* 50% of fee if cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival
* 100% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival

General

* Only written cancellations will be accepted. Ensure to receive an acknowledgment of cancellations from reservations
* 25% of fee if cancellation less than 30 days prior to arrival
* 50% of fee if cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival
* 100% of fee if cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival

Group/Conference: Deposit, Payment and Cancellation

* This policy applies to bookings of ten (10) or more rooms/suites

· A minimum of a 2 night stay applies through out the year

* A 10% non-refundable deposit may be requested at the time of booking in order to secure rooms, depending on the size of the group
* A 50% non-refundable deposit is payable 90 days prior to arrival
* A 100% non-refundable payment 60 days prior to arrival

* The 11th room will be reserved at 50% of the applicable group rate, inclusive of breakfast
* The 18th room will be reserved at no additional cost, inclusive of breakfast
