Beachfront Apartment in Camps Bay
This beach front apartment is situated on the east end of the beach at the first palm tree in Camps Bay, Cape Town, South Africa. Camps Bay is situated on the Atlantic Seaboard on the Cape Peninsula. The apartment is only a few minutes walking distance from the "Camps Bay strip" as the locals call it.
This includes the beach, restaurants, bars, a pharmacy, a convenience store, an ice cream bar and a Hop-on Hop-off Bus stop from where you can take a bus to explore the Cape Peninsula. The apartment is only 10 minutes' drive from the V&A Waterfront and 25 minutes from the Cape Town International Airport.
The apartment is freshly renovated with modern finishes like travertine floors, marble tops and stainless steel extras. It is in a secure apartment block - remote controlled gate and entrance doors. Smoking and animals are not allowed in the apartment.

The main bedroom is fitted with a queen size bed and crisp white bedding with extra blankets for the winter. You can relax on the bed with the most beautiful view of the beach and waves. It also has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail in the en-suite shower room for the cold winters. For the hot summers, this bedroom has an air conditioner. The shower room consists of a shower, toilet and basin. The main bedroom has sliding doors that open unto the balcony.
This bedroom is fitted with a double bed and crisp white bedding with extra blankets for the winter. It has a beautiful view of Table Mountain and the Cable Car to Table Mountain. There is an electric fan for the warm summer months and underfloor heating for the colder winter months.
Second Shower room
The living room is equipped with a dining table that seats 6 people, two big lounges and ottomans for extra seating or coffee table. For in-house entertainment there is a flat screen TV, DVD and music player and satellite TV.
This kitchen is finished off with marble tops and modern cupboards. The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, oven and stove top, coffee machine and all other electric appliances. There is new modern cutlery and crockery and stylish kitchenware.
There is a lock-up garage for one vehicle. In the garage there is one sun umbrella and four beach chairs.

- If you are staying 7 nights or longer, a better rate can be negotiated
- The apartment is available for a minimum stay of 4 nights.
- Unfortunately we cannot accept credit cards.
- Your booking will only be confirmed after a 50% deposit is paid into our bank account.
- The remaining balance is payable into our account before arrival or in cash on arrival.
- A refundable deposit of ZAR 1500,00 is payable on day of arrival.
- 30+ days before arrival: 25% of full accommodation cost
- 15 - 30 days before arrival: 50% of full accommodation cost
- 1 - 14 days before arrival: 100% of full accommodation cost, unless the accommodation can be let out to someone else

Arrival and Departure times:
The apartment is available from 14h00 on the day of arrival and guests are requested to vacate it by 10h00 on the day of departure.
